Quarto amplo e silencioso. Muitos utensílios e equipamentos disponíveis na cozinha.
Roupas de cama manchada e amassadas, com impressão de já usadas ou de lavadas, mas não passadas e toalhas de banho velhas e cozinha rasgada. Chuveiro só esquentava com mínimo de água. Torneira da pia sai muito pouca água e fria.

A localização, a limpeza e a portaria 24 horas
Toalhas velhas (algumas rasgadas) e principalmente o sofá cama em estado péssimo. O sofá cama estava afundando e terrível para dormir. A noite foi sofrível.
