Lovely room near the pool. Great staff especially in the restaurant. Comfy bed with fresh linen. Close to restaurants and shops. Pool fun and onsite treatment goo but not excellent. Beautiful gardens.
Kettle broke, outdoor can chairs and cushions very old and broken.
Foot massage she hardly massaged my feet just shins and thighs over and over. Back massage lovely.

Quiet area with excellent restaurant short walk away easy taxi into main town

Third time staying here and we will return.
Beach front location is perfect.
Walking distance to small shops and choice of good restaurants.
Candidasa nearby for bigger shopping.
Construction work on the waterfront walkway is noisy but will be lovely when finished.
Maintenance on some of the older units needs to be attended to.

Location, sea view, room after paying upgrade at extra $40pn.
Basic cottage was disgusting, dirty, mould, dead insects, paint peeling of the walls, curtains hanging down all this for a $100pn. We had to upgrade for an additional $40pn. Do you ever inspect these properties?
