it was on the beach
close to restaurants
nobody knew where it was. access was from the beach, no back door.
Airplane was late and there was no keys or person. I did not have a mexican phone. Taxi driver got a hold of manager to come and let me in
There was no pool or daily housekeeping as indicated in the advertisement
Ran out of water, then manager brought a jug

The location is perfect. It's right on the beach with at least 5 restaurants within a 5 min walk along the beach
The sand at the entrance to the property was washed away during a storm and needs to be repaired for easier access.

Ester and Alfredo are wonderful... The location so close to the beach is the best. We will return!!!
The situation with the crocodiles being able to get to the front of the property was a little troubling. It would be totally great if the water from the reserve could be re channeled beck to it's location before the storm..We lost a good deal of the beach front.

Close to the beach , which was good because the pool is just a large bird bath
The crocodiles that kept us from leaving one day, then returning the next .
