Well located relative to where I needed to be the next day. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was great and a highlight - which she prepared herself.
WIFI was available but the signal was very weak when in my room and when I sat at the desk, I lost signal. Downstairs the WIFI worked as expected. The lighting in the room was not bright enough and there was not a lot of it. Courtesy soap and shampoo were not in the bathroom. This was okay given I was there for a single night.

The breakfast was good
Room not clean as there were spider webs all around the corners. Under the bed was also dirty & found a piece of a condom wrapper. Also, the room has a funny unpleasant smell.
