Had a great stay at Jetwing.
It was the off season and we opted to stay at the Jungles resort rather than the attached hotel. The Jungle property is very separate, even though they are next door to one another.
We arranged a safari through the resort and had a trained naturalist. Would strongly recommend as they are usually far better at the drivers for tracking and finding wildlife. They went out of their way to make the safari a memorable experience. The resort provided our breakfasts in take - away for the morning Safaris also.
We went half board (Breakfast and Dinner) we found that because the meals were so large we didn't need lunches anyway!
All meals were fantastic and delicious. We could opt to eat in the hotel if we wanted but we enjoyed the quietness of Jungle Resort so opted to stay there.
We used the pool daily, despite some of the inclement weather. The pool and attached bar are both fantastic.
We also booked a 2 hour couples massage at the main resort which was one of the best massages I've had in my life. Strongly recommend.
We especially enjoyed having drinks on our deck on the big round chair before and after dinner, watching the wildlife all around us.
All in all a wonderful relaxing stay.

In the middle of jungle as described
Over rated, not value for money.
We are still haven’t received any answer regarding our query of half board $47 AUD from booking.com
I will make a formal complaint when we get home.
