Peaceful charm with ocean waves in near distance

Friendly staff and peaceful atmosphere

Chalet need regular up keeping. A step to the entrance broke while entering however, injury avoided. The admins fixed it within hours.

Superb

Super friendly front desk, great layout and accommodation, surroundings/grounds excellent. Tents quite fancy. Food very customized and delicious, chef super friendly!

With some hospitality training this could be a world class safari camp. It mainly lacked on staff training. Some examples - turn down service is room inconsistent (only 2 nespresso pods and never refilled for the 3 days, some nights our mosquito net was put over the bed and other nights not, an almost empty beer and food dish we ate on our balcony was placed in our mini bar (with the door left ajar as it didn’t fit) instead of cleaned so the room smelled of beer when we came back. kitchen/rangers nonaligned (in the evening we arranged 7am for brekkie and 7:15 departure for safari and when we showed up at 7 it took an hour for the food to come out and we ended up leaving almost at 9). Also at the end of every massive meal the (amazing!!) chef asked us already what we wanted for our next meal, when completely stuffed with food it’s hard to already think about that night or the next morning what multiple courses you might want etc. The place has amazing potential, I think if they invest in some staff training it can be world class!

Once in a lifetime opportunity seeing Leopards

The staff were particularly friendly and knowledgeable about the animals making our safari experience unforgettable. It is linked with the Jetwing hotel so you can enjoy little luxuries like spa treatments, fine dining and swimming pool if you wish.

It is difficult to get a good nights sleep due to the vast array of animal noises outside of your tented villa but this is the trade off for camping just outside the national park where animals freely roam around the hotel and camp. It is pretty special to witness this first hand. The butler service could be improved.
