Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit bemüht, einem eine gute Zeit zu machen. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer geputzt und es war im Allgemeinen sehr sauber.

Ein Ort an dem man wirklich entspannen kann. Perfekt im Salento gelegen. Sehr schönes Hotel, großer Pool, wirklich gutes Restaurant am Hotel und eine traumhafte Stadt

Beau domaine, piscine et espace vert très bien entretenu.
Mauvais accueil, la chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée à 19h30. Restaurant dans le domaine qui accueillait un anniversaire, musique À FOND jusqu’à minuit pas de respect pour leur hôte qui sont là pour aussi se reposer. Literie pas confortable, draps non changés en 5 jours, pas de bouteilles d’eau remplacé dans le frigo, salle de bain vieillissante, l’on entend tout de la salle de bain d’à côté, y compris l’eau passant dans les tuyauteries de façon résonnante.
