Good location in Ranau town, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was comfortable and suitable for a short family stay. Good value for the price we paid.
The facilities are quite basic, but understandable for the price. The hotel is also on an upper floor, so guests need to use the stairs.

Sooo near to town. bedsheets clean.
we ask for housekeeping but they not really brush clean the toilet. tv cannot function no signal. but overall all good

I really liked that the hotel is right above Watson’s. You just take the stairs up and you’re there. It’s also close to a few good restaurants, which was super convenient.
The hotel itself is okay, but cleanliness could be improved. When I checked out, I noticed a yellow stain on the mattress under the sheets. The balcony is also not very clean. It would be nice to have a table and chairs for relaxing outside. There was also no bottled water, coffee, or tea provided like in other hotels. But I guess the price is cheap, so maybe that’s why not everything is provided.

1.Mudah untuk mencari barang keperluan dll.
2.Tiada bunyi bising dalam hotel. Biarpun ada karoke di seberang jalan, tahap bunyi masih boleh diterima. Tidur tidak terganggu.
3.Bilik hotel ini sesuai bagi trip perjalanan sy sbb planned hanya untuk berehat seketika sahaja.
4.Masih boleh nampak puncak gunung kinabalu pada awal pagi dari bilik hotel yang saya pilih.
5. Laluan ke menuju ke bilik hotel bersih, tidak berbau hancing atau rokok
1.Bilik hotel di tingkat 2🤣untuk saya yang ada masalah lutut, menaiki tangga itu satu cabaran😆
