Staff were professional, room is well maintained, hygiene, clean .

Cupboard didn't like, TV position is not correct however we didn't use it ..

Staff was nice and helpful. I arrived earlier than expected and they accomodated me with no issue. Location is very central ans close to chowpatty which is nice.
Room was hot and humid, AC didn't work although there's a fan in the ceiling. There's a physical bell (doorbell?) that sounds very loud at all hours, same as some.kind of electronic alarm annoyingly playing the "happy birthday" song over and over, sometimes for.several minutes.
