Alexander was extremely helpful and tried very hard to please. The room was clean and in good taste with a wraparound balcony. There was a large breakfast waiting for us in the morning. We enjoyed the stay because Alexander was really a gem.
Parking was on the street and not always available. Alexander called a friend to move his car so we could park and while we waited, we had a very nice chat with him and his mom, the listing said it had dedicated parking and they don't, they need to correct this in the booking.com listing. It would be nice to have some hooks in the bathroom as is very small and there is not much place to put things.

Location was good and rooms were OK.
No room service, even for the luggage we got all our stuff from car to rooms and there were no elevators also in the building.
Washroom - Hot water was a big problem as we literally call the hotel people and ask for hot water in peak cold weather.
Parking was also a big issue, found parking ticket too.
Not at all recommended.
