1 Breakfast was ok but courtesy level of serving staff was below high standards of hospitality . We wished part of breakfast to be packed , they were hesitant to react and later packed as desired with payment. We usually stay in Taj and never experienced such hesitancy by restaurant staff . Look staff is not trained at four star or five star level. It is not more than 3 star .
2. We were staying in a suit but only one set of everything was provided . Housekeeping needs improvement.
3 No hot water in wash basin .
4 Back wall of reception counter needs fresh painting.
