The staff in reception were friendly, actually one guy that work in the night. The location was convenient, and I really liked the antique furniture and decorations in the hallways, which gave the hotel some character and charm.
Very dirty. The floors didn’t seem to have been washed, there was dust everywhere, and the furniture and carpet were covered in stains and different colours from dirt. I even found a woman’s hair in the bed.
The blanket was way too tiny/small, and it was pretty cold during the night. I ended up sleeping in a T-shirt and socks just to stay warm.
I was staying there alone because I had dentist appointments nearby and simply needed the cheapest place available. For that purpose, I managed, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a holiday. I certainly wouldn’t stay here with my girlfriend, and especially not with a baby.
The disappointing thing is that the hotel itself could actually be quite nice if it were properly cleaned and maintained. Right now, it honestly feels like they don’t have anyone cleaning the rooms properly.

There were no breakfast services.
Cleaning services were non-existent. The cleaner visited my room once in two weeks when I asked for detergents for the shower and sink. Toilet paper also had to be bought at the store and towels were never changed. There was a small vacuum cleaner in the room with which I vacuumed the floors of the room. The shower cubicle was dirty and the sink with its faucets untidy
