Nice room and clean but very very disappointed with the hassle of checking in

Nice room, very clean

Very difficult to find, more than one Bellavista so had to go to almost 3 different properties before being given a key to check in! Check in is at a totally different hotel which I really don’t understand

Don’t recommend to anyone

Nothing

Room for 2 person did not even have a window. It is located underground and have very very bad smell. I complained to the host and they don’t care. I don’t recommend this property to anyone. Value for money 0

Great spot to explore Novalja!

Was nice accommodation for the price and location

There was no blinds for the doors so literally no privacy from people across from you. Instructions need to be more clear from moon rocks, we waited for host to collect keys at the given time and no one came so we went back to moonrocks. Maybe host provide a contacts number to stay in contact with people to ensure no confusion

the pool wasn’t as clean as it should have; the noise from another rooms was terrible one night a group of people were partying, shouting until 6 am. This of course is not the property fault, but maybe it would make sense to send security also around the midnight.

disaster

it was a disaster, on arrival at the address from the booking we where directed to reception. this was closed, after 20 min wait staff arrived and explained we need to go to town Center to pay for taxes and Accomodation fee. on arrival at the town Center, very surprised and shocked lady explained that we shouldn’t be here it’s a different location and we are the 6th people being send to her. she explained to go about 2 I’m down the road and to look for hostel with completely different name and location. finally we arrived there and paid our fee and taxes. then back to original reception. we where then shown the apartment and told that there might be someone checking on us between 21:00 and 1 am ! also in check out we need to specify what time exactly as they need to check the property when we hand the key back. like at uni times . wouldn’t recommend with family ? it was the festival time and we where treated like part of the festival desolate starting in the booking it’s a family of 2 adults and 2 children! age 6,8

Teenie Booze Apartment

Comfortable room

- a typical apartment complex full of teenies and booze parties - non existing check-in address sent via e-mail - required deposit of 100eur / pp in cash - a "routine check" of two securities around 10PM who are reminding you the house rules and that if you would be noisy you need to pay 100eur and they will force you to leave the apartment - lack of electricity till morning hours so air-co is not working and no hot water is available - roller blind is not working so you can wake up to the hot Croatian sun at 6am - WiFi was working on arrival and departure day ONLY - check-out at 9am and you need to wait for somebody to check your room in order to get your deposit back I can imagine that regular guests of those apartments are sometimes troublesome, but then either put this information clear from the beginning or don't offer it on booking at all. It is misleading and ridiculous.

I really liked the apartment, because oh was clean. Really good cost effectiveness.

The house isn’t very soundproof, but this wasn‘t a really big Problem for us (friend group)

Consider yourselves warned

The amenities were pretty modern.

I just want to start off by saying that this is the first bad review I have ever left. Ever. But our stay was so terrible so I feel I must warn the non-partying people that I would only come back if I was exclusively there to party all night. Upon check-in we were informed that quiet hours were from 10pm-10am and we were given a number to call if it got too noisy. We had an early morning the next day so when another group was blasting music and yelling/chanting past 11:30pm we called the number. They sent security and things quieted for a little bit- I imagine until security left. My guess is that security told them what room the complaint came from because the next thing we knew there was aggressive pounding and yelling on our door sometime past midnight and prior to the group taking their party elsewhere. We left the room the next morning to find that the group had spit and sprayed beer on the outside of our door. When I told all of this to the receptionist at checkout she didn’t seem to think it was a big deal and said that when security checked the night before the group was doing nothing wrong. I have never seen such blatant disrespect before by another group nor disregard from the hosts. This was the most expensive stay we had in all of Croatia and by far the worst. I’m sure it might be fine if the up until 5am everyday vibe is what you are looking for but consider yourself warned.

lost time and money will never go back.

The property was misrepresented where there are material differences or defects compared to what was advertised. The was a big lake of maintenance issues with amenities or services.The pool was dirty and you could clearly see that it was not cleaned. The pool cleanliness of the pool was so bad that we never used The location of the rum was not as it was shown in the picture and was misrepresented. We get a rum in the basement with rocks Wal as a view. As the place was accommodation for young people, there were night parties and activities that woke us up in the middle of the night, which was not stated in the accommodation description and we were told at check-in when we could not do anything about it. We got a number to call in a critical situation. But what to do when you have had your night's sleep ruined and then eat it already done.

Poor isolation, too many young drunk people yelling all night, there isnt anything you can dry your beach towels and swimsuits, no napkins or kitchen cloth.
