It is 4 minutes by walk to the central bus station. You can arrive to the apartment from the airport with a shuttle bus and you are there. They also provided a locker after checkout till our shuttle ride to the airport for free.
I am not sure if this is applicable. Price quality utility balance was ok. Communication was instantaneous. Everything was clean and as expected. Keep going.

Everything was great! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience. The location was also very convenient, especially because it was close to the bus station.
The location is a little unsettling, especially for a woman traveling alone, as the area can feel somewhat uncomfortable. Also, the lack of air conditioning was a downside, especially during warm weather.

Good location and close to a beach and the centre
The room (number 7) wasn't as it appeared online. Looks like our room originally had a loft space and wooden ladders, but these have been removed making it a really tiny place for quite a high price. The air-con isn't great, and around the corner to the bed, so it only cools one part of the room. Plus it leaked the whole stay - one time during the night, the water had reached the front door and was under the bed! We were offered new towels to put down and just soak it up everyday...not ideal!!
Furthermore, there are no blackout blinds, so we were woken by sunlight at 5am (which I know we could have brought an eye mask, but we're so used to all places having decent blinds). Lastly, the bathroom door was off it's hinges when we arrived and we had to push it back into place. I don't think we'd return.
