Beautifully styled hotel. Extremely clean and well cared for.
Self check-in was very easy.
The view from our room which was on the 3rd floor, breathtaking!
Our room was huge, lovely comfortable bed, big shower.
The breakfast room was lovely, very stylish.
Everything about the hotel was beautiful.
Christine who runs it was a lovely woman and very helpful, also her colleague who did the breakfasts.
Only thing I didn’t realise, there’s no lift so you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs… but believe me , it was worth it.
If we ever travel to Velden again, that would be our first choice of hotel.

Nice designe of rooms, very nice staff (cleaning lady and lady at the dinning rom), delicious breakfasts
Description on booking.com is not quite true. There is self check-in - what is not mentioned. When I arrived the reception was closed, I DID NOT get information about self check-in, and no one could help with the lack of place on parking. There is no electric kettle at room, no mini bar. The main entrance is open all the time and there is no reception at night - so anyone from outside can enter. When I send message to the hotel via booking.com app - they responded after 2 days. Poor managing staff. Hotel should rethink changing description on booking.com as the mentioned options are not true.
