The WiFi wasn’t working both nights in the room.

The staff is very helpful and amazingly polite and respectful. They all did a great job. The breakfast was very diverse and had something for every taste. This was very impressive. The location was decent as well. Parts of the area had graffiti but the history and architecture are impressive.
The rooms did not look like the pictures. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom but the decor was more bare. However, it fit our needs as we were rarely in the room as there was lots to see in Krakow but too little time.

Really good value for money in a great location.
Fantastic breakfast.
Lift access to rooms.
Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
Access to freezing cold water in coolers in many places.
Helpful staff.
Not so much didn’t like but maybe improved by a safe in the rooms, maybe a small fridge in the rooms. Possibly a small chest of drawers to improve storage.

No WiFi in the bedroom. Mentioned to 2 members of staff they didn’t seem interested in trying to fix the problem.

"Room was big enough with facilities appropriate for a short stay, when we would be out nearly all day. Shower, in particular was excellent. Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was well provisioned."
