unfriendly staff and difficult check in

I had to cancel a few days before and would like a refund immediately as the staff came knocking on the door at 8 am when we needed rest, the checkin staff were not friendly and it was not nice overall.

All above - requested a refund 4 times

El trato de recepción muy malo ,departamento muy deteriorado , poca mantención y ropa de cama mal olor , además trataron de engañarme dándome un departamento con un solo dormitorio y el que yo elegí y pague era de dos ...demasiados soberbios en la atención , sin voluntad de solucionar .
