The breakfast was great. Typical continental breakfast, croissants, pains au chocolate, yogurt, fruit all served by the owner.

I really can't think of anything.

Lovely location with about a kilometer walk to the old town of Saint Lizier. Our hosts were wonderful, very welcoming. The stay got a beautiful garden. Next time we would like to stay there a bit longer

We loved the rustic chalet style of the interior, and the surrounding area was quiet, secluded and peaceful. The view from the room’s balcony doors was nothing but nature and woodland. The bed was big and comfy and we really liked the coffee machine in the room. From the moment we booked, the hosts were really friendly, accommodating and good with communication. The even kindly left us a bottle of bubbles, which was a lovely surprise!

Unfortunately, the hosts had an emergency arise last minute so were unable to be on site during our stay. This meant that some of the issues we had, we were not able to resolve. For example, the hot water for the shower was tepid. When it’s cold outside, and not particularly warm in the room, a hot shower is very much needed, and a luke-warm one is enough to put you in a very bad mood. The breakfast was a meagre offering of one (albeit delicious) croissant each, a basic fruit bowl (apples, oranges and bananas), some orange juice and a selection of preserves. We were only served this on the first morning, and had nothing for the second morning of the stay. We were also a bit disappointed to find that we couldn’t use the swimming pool as it’s closed for the winter (between November and April) which wasn’t mentioned in any of the booking information.
