Everything was fine but I don’t think the booking has been confirmed by booking.com
There was some misconvenience as the booking was not confirmed with the blue valley restaurant. They didn’t have our details nor they had any confirmation from the booking.com. I think there was some miscommunication between the booking.com and the blue valley hotel at mount abu which resulted in a vey poor execution.Although we did get the room over there but there was some miscommunication between the staff and the owners of the hotels. I think this could be avoided from the next booking. I have to a proper discussion with the customer car in this regard over the call. It was comfortable but the building has seen a lot of wear and tear over the years. Towels were provided, hot water in bathrooms all day and all basic comforts were delivered as expected.
The bathrooms were neat and kept well maintained.
The room was well-lit with A/c and fans.
Free wifi on the property but the network didn’t reach our rooms.
There were stains on bed runners and sheets. They were clean and washed but old stains that had set in.
The common areas and lobby was little dark and not lit up properly giving an uneasy feeling.
