It was a good experience. I had arrived much earlier than expected and couldn't find an available hotel in Kyiv. This hotel was exceptional. They gave me a room at 7 am with no prior notice. I was extremely grateful that everything went so smoothly. They have parking and breakfast, as well as a quiet area for relaxing. Many thanks!

Everything is up to the point - welcoming and friendly staff, nice restaurant, comfortable room (the only downside we had noisy neighbours), good spa (not huge, but has absolutely everything you need)
The noise isolation of rooms could be better, curtains in our room were aligned in such a way we couldn't close them properly
