Terrible! Avoid!

The room was warm and clean.

The hotel entrance was almost impossible to find. Upon entry, the lobby (and, as it turned out, the upper floors) smelled horribly like the canteen of a retirement home. The receptionist condescendingly explained that "yes, because the restaurant is on this floor". Then, she advised that the pool (my main reason to choose the hotel) was unusable as the water was not warm enough. The spa was "working" but using it and its services required a prior booking of at least 6 hours. The corridor leading to the pool was congested with old furniture and served as storage room. The locker room next to the pool smelled like mould and was cold. The booklet with guest opinions and complaints hidden in a rack not far from the reception contained descriptions of the service as "disgusting". Checkout took place 30 minutes after checkin. This is not even a decent two-star hotel.

Disappointing

All the hotel staff and all the facilities are just fine.

In the days when Kyiv and rest of Ukraine have central electricity supply interruptions, the management of this hotel refuses to use private power generators (which they have) citing high costs 😂 This is in the time of year when other SPA hotels are fully booked and operate at full capacity. No wonder all the guests have run away from this one, I was literally the last guest to cancel my stay a few days earlier than intended. Looks like the top management of this hotel and/or it's owners are not good at what they do at all and need to be replaced ASAP 😉

Great location, nice hotel, great pool!

The breakfast was very rich and varied. The breakfast was 5 star! The coffee was delicious! Freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juices deserve special praise. Thanks to the hotel management, everything was at a good level!

A good place for a mini break

My perfect hotel in Kyiv. Fabulous indeed. I keep returning there to relax in spa in between my business meetings. I like the location: I can enjoy the breakfast, spend some time in the pool or gym and then quickly get out of the city avoiding any traffic. Perfect location if you travel by car and need to move towards Zhytomyr.

I would prefer to have more options in the menu which would be suitable for children. Something less fancy, e.g. a pizza.

Unless you are coming to Kyiv in summer and do not plan to go out much, better to stay elsewhere.

Beautiful pine forest parkette on the grounds, and the indoor spa area with pool, sauna, massage room, etc. is very relaxing and a nice hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the Kyiv. I would like to have enjoyed the outdoor pool, but it was closed during my stay. The hotel is not far from Kyiv's largest mall, Lavina Mall. The traditional interior decor of the hotel may be appealing to some. The WiFi works seamlessly across all spaces.

The location is poor. It is not technically in Kyiv, but rather a suburb of Kyiv, which even the hotel staff themselves describe as dangerous. The rooms and common areas are a bit tired and due for renovation. There are no power outlets/sockets beside the bed to charge your phone, only by the desk on the other side of the room. The pillows will not suit all sleepers and the mattresses are past their prime. The water pressure in the shower could be better. Once upon a time this may be achieved the rank of 5-star hotel, but now it is truly a 4-star hotel. There was no food or drink available to order at night. The food is okay, but leaves much to be desired. The staff are mostly helpful, but a couple of individuals need to learn what customer service is.
