Ho particolarmente apprezzato la camera, ampia e ariosa, e il letto, davvero molto comodo. Molto piacevole anche la qualità della biancheria, sia da letto sia da bagno. I sanitari, inoltre, sono nuovi e ben tenuti.
Un’unica osservazione riguardo alla camera, più che altro come suggerimento: il bastone dell’armadio era posizionato piuttosto in alto e, nonostante io non sia particolarmente bassa, risultava un po’ difficile raggiungere comodamente gli appendiabiti. Al contrario, il WC era collocato piuttosto in basso. Forse sarebbe utile valutare altezze più facilmente accessibili, così da rendere l’utilizzo degli arredi ancora più confortevole per tutti gli ospiti.

The room included a good balcony with mountain views, which was well-suited for breakfast. The overall interior furnishings and decor of the room remained quite pleasant. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was consistently stable throughout this stay, hot soy milk was available again for breakfast, and parking was once again possible directly in front of the hotel.
Both in the evening and in the morning, I once again noticed that the staff's English skills allow for seamless interaction (unlike in some other hotels in Italy, especially in the southern region).
This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was significantly worse than the first. It highlights how much the overall experience depends on which room is assigned.
The main deciding factor for the lower rating is the bed, which was far too hard and noticeably more uncomfortable than the one in the room during the first visit. Either the mattress or the topper was of a much lower quality. (It may be that people with an excessive amount of body fat do not feel this firmness, but for slim people or those whose bodies consist primarily of muscle, it was far too hard.)
A few side aspects to add: The air conditioning was of slightly lower quality regarding the noise it produced, and the shower gel dispenser in the bathroom was empty.
Even though it may be acceptable accommodation for most people, especially for a stopover, I can unfortunately no longer share the overwhelmingly positive rating from my first stay.
It is an enlightening experience to realize how heavily the quality of a hotel stay can depend on the specific room you are assigned, especially considering that both rooms belonged to the same category and price range.
