Good location, nice staff, good flexibility in meals

The property is right on the NH. So convenient for many travellers. However, not the best option for nature lovers. When visiting coorg you would expect nature, calmness and a serene mountain experience which was a bid negetive about this property.
Also, don't expect a lot of activities. Just a swimming pool and indoor games including a kids play area.
As already said, not a great option for nature lovers. Nothing like staying in Coorg. However, comfortable stay and premium amenities.
Food could have been more affordable as well considering the property location and accessibility to the nearest city/town.

The location is good as it is just on the highway. Small beautiful resort
The service can be better especially at the restaurant. The food taste and menu (include local cuisine in buffet) can be improved. Arranging for hi-tea/coffee in the evening would be good. The courtyard room balcony was a real let down with no proper roof covering the balcony, we could not sit outside at all as it continuously drizzling. Also, the balcony of all rooms were interconnected which made us feel unsafe to keep the door open.
