Not good value for money

The host seemed nice enough. The lcoation is convenient.

The room does not look like the photos on Booking.com. The shower has no sort of divider, so once you shower, there's water all over the bathroom. There is nowhere to hang a towel near the bathroom (nor inside, but it would get soaking wet in there anyway). The "garden view" is just one square meter of unkempt grass. No one ever comes for any kind of housekeeping. They did leave a broom there, and it helps a little, but the room still feels dirty after a couple of days. Also, for reasons outside of our control, we had to do three separate bookings for our stay. Two of them were for the Studio with Garden View (bad choice), the last for the apartament with balcony (more expensive). The host insisted that the whole stay was in the Studio, although my reservation confirmation says otherwise. All in all, it was an overpriced stay.

Nice and relaxing stay

Excellent location in the center of Cervia while very quiet. Spacious apartment. Easy free parking close by.

Not very well maintained. Shower set-up (water everywhere).

Should have been better

Travelling for the Ironman it was in a great location and very accessible from the train.

Phone service indoors was limited at best - made unacceptable without working WiFi. I messaged the host and received no response. Check in process was similar, I only received check in instructions the morning I landed despite sending multiple text messages ahead of time (as instructed)

Very good

Lovely and clean perfectly situated in the centre of Cervia. Nice big bedroom Perfect for a short stay

No toilet paper. It’s hard to use the shower without getting the whole bathroom wet

Výborná lokalita, klidné a tiché místo, terasa.
