Room was amazing, massage chair and spa bath were 10/10. Western Breakfast was really good Japanese breakfast was good but different and I probably wouldn't get it again
Reception didn't speak much English but still ok. Weird that you don't get a room key

Facilities were amazing. So many more amenities than I thought there would be. Great service from staff. So many things to do. I definitely want to stay here again.
The location was a little inconvenient. The nearest train station was a 30 minute walk. We had originally missed a bus and the next one was coming in an hour and a half. So we decided to go back to the hotel and have the hotel call a cab. Since it’s in the middle of nowhere it’s just hard to get to and leave.

This was the biggest room I've ever stayed in so it was quite an amazing experience. The amenities were amazing and I loved the jacuzzi style bathtub. It was all very romantic.
The location was absolutely terrible. It is about an hour from Tokyo and two hours from the airport which might be doable for you but after traveling so much and just wanting to relax for our last night it was pretty exhausting. Also I wish they had an English option for ordering things using room service on the TV.
