The staff at reception always greeted you with a smile and would help you with taxis and meals being delivered. The house maids were also exceptionally nice.
The Beds were very comfy
The rooms have good silent AirCon with a fan and some rooms and windows
Very quiet in the back rooms
The TV is only in Vietnamese

All staff were very helpful & nice on all levels from Reception to Cleaning ladies. 24hr Desk, Rooms had quiet AirCon, a Fan and windows you could open for fresh air. A lift & most important Comfortable beds a desk, wardroble with a modern bathroom. I had a back room so No Street Noise. A phone to connect you to reception. Free daily water. Parking if needed, close to Bakery and good restaurants in walking distance. Would stay again.
