As always very good
Unfortunately the 2 female reception ladies didn't speak.a word of English and didn't understand that I had paid by Bank transfer several days ago despite me showing them my confirmation copy until another staff member came to sort them out!
As sure you know I am a regular customer so very surprising but as usual.I enjoyed my stay.

The ease of preparing your own breakfast and the facilities were available 24hrs a day to use the microwave and coffee machine.
The shower room in room 403
on this visit was in very poor order, needs a good scrub and the holder for your own shower bottle repaired.
