Very convenient for the train and bus station. Warm, spacious, clean and excellent value for money, especially given it has a small kitchen. Supermarket downstairs, quiet. Was perfect for a short stay.
My TV did not turn on.
A bit further from the tourist centre, but it’s a short walk or tram ride.

We really enjoyed the apartment itself—it was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a short stay. The location was excellent, right across from the Tours train station with grocery stores just minutes away, which made everything very convenient.
House keeping only comes once a week.

Close proximity to station, 3 min walk. Good sound proofing. Mini kitchen a bonus. Good size room and bathroom. Luggage storage.
Checkin and checkout times and it's closed btw 1-3pm, so if you arrive btw that time with luggage you have to wait till they open. Bed and pillows a little too hard for my liking. Not a fan of shower over baths as they aren't made for short people or people with limited mobility but that's a preference.

The top view and how closed it was to the train station and how quiet the cleaners was in the morning no loud noises to wake you up
They don’t give us any clean towel for over 4 nights not even to go to the pool, no one clean the room or toilets no clean sheets the pool is boring no bubbles no floaters nothing just some water.
