Nestled in Jaco, this attractive condo for $170 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. We would like to welcome you to our new, luxury, beach front condo (just steps to the ocean) at the secluded north end of Jaco Beach in Costa Rica. We are just a easy beach walk from the heart of Jaco Beach’s downtown commercial area! The Tres Regalos Community is an intimate, and privately gated beach club offering you all the needed amenities surrounded by quaint, beautifully maintained grounds. The extremely friendly, English speaking staff will take pride in learning your name and are available to assist you 24/7. The staff will be happy to help with tour and transportation arrangements, sightseeing and activity info, and recommending local restaurants and nightlife! Our beach-front unit has three bedrooms, with two spacious full baths with marble showers, dining area, kitchen with bar and living room. A gracious outdoor balcony offers fantastic views of the ocean, beach, and rainforest; complete with both an outdoor eating area, individual lounge seats and a beautiful outdoor sofa…a peaceful spot for enjoying the view or taking a nap. The community features a Jacuzzi and salt-water pool with swim-up bar (available for hosting your own private party) is made of natural coralina tile, providing an attractive and refreshing oasis to cool off and lounge in the sun. You will enjoy all new modern conveniences, including imported luxury grade furniture, gourmet kitchen with granite counters and new stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, central air conditioning, flat screen Plasma TVs, cable and wireless internet. Visit the local farmer’s market for local fruits and vegetables, or stop by the marina to purchase the fresh catch right off the dock. If you don’t want to cook, enjoy the great array of local and fine dining in Jaco and the surrounding area. Better yet, hire an affordable private chef to shop and cook your requests. We fell in love with this beautiful and peaceful Costa Rican retreat and decided to make it our second home. Everyone in our family enjoys vacationing in Jaco Beach and we know you will too. The scenery and wildlife in the area is amazing, the range of activities is endless: surfing, hiking, horseback riding, zip lines through the rainforest, canopy tours, sport fishing, golf, ATV tours, nature tours, night life, fine dining, shopping downtown and more. Wild macaws fly over daily, announcing themselves with their distinctive calls. The largely undisturbed Carara National Park is about 20 minutes away. Guided or self-guided walks through this rainforest give you spectacular views of various monkeys, sloths, birds and reptiles in their natural habitat. Our balcony has a spectacular view of Monkey Beach, a secluded beach 500 ft just to the north and accessible by wading across a small fresh water river flowing down from the mountains to the ocean. Monkey beach features a beautiful waterfall and unique little tidal pools for wading or exploring. If the main beach is not quiet enough for you, Monkey Beach offers that extra out-of-the-way spot nestled against a rainforest mountain slope with gentle surf, great for kids and sea shell hunting. The condo is very quiet and spacious. The sounds of the waves are pretty much all you hear.
Checking in was a little harder than expected. The gate guard did not speak English. We were told we were in the wrong place. After calling the host to translate and gain entry there was not a problem the rest of the week.
Needs more towels and washcloths. One towel per guest, only one washcloth and hand towel per bath for a week stay is not enough. Call host to get more towels. they did bring two more bath towels per room but still needed washcloths and hand towels. Host was rude to say we could do laundry. I was on vacation and didn't plan to go buy laundry soap and do laundry. But those are just small inconveniences. Overall, the condo is very nice, and the location was good for all the activities in the area.

property is butted right up to Crocs Resort and Casino, which is kind of cool, and at north end of Jaco....
the condo accommodates all you need, although it could use a few more bath towels and extra pillows.
the AC didn't quite make it to the master bedroom, but there was an extra fan there to make it comfortable....throughout the rest of condo, though, it was plenty ample!
I think one of the top 5 restaurants in Jaco was just across the street, EL MANGLAR.....also, there was a convenience store just up the street to get some snacks, beer, wine or booze....the good supermarket you need some wheels, but some smaller markets were about a 20 minute one way walk.....not bad considering you're checking out Jaco on the walk.
I'd definitley would recommend staying in this unit, the communication between owner and us was timely.
I would like to give a shout out to the staff that secures and watches over property, from the guys posting up at the gated entrance, to the guys who keep watch around the pool area leading to the beach....super friendly and top notch!!

This is our second time visiting this specific listing and we had a great time. I like the smaller complex vs. what is nearby. The condo itself is nice and large with enough room for our family of 4 to spread out. The beach location is great and quieter than other areas. The manager was especially responsive with helping me know how to use the washer and dryer and being certain we had everything we needed!

The property and residents were so welcoming. We enjoyed the location at the north end of the beach away from the people and close enough to explore the hills and trails. The unit was well equipped and everything was as listed. We had five guests and everyone was able to have their space but still spend time together in the living areas. Responsive host to our concerns and they were quick to resolve a small issue we had.

The condo was exactly as the pictures show, we were all very comfortable. The location is perfect and very secure with a guard station to be able to enter into the property. All of the property staff was very friendly and attentive. As you walk in you have one room to the left and the other room a little further down to the right.. The master bedroom was separated by both bathrooms towards the back of the condo with sliding doors to the balcony. The only thing I would recommend will be some beach chairs and an umbrella but aside from that it had everything we needed. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy it.

The property was beautiful and the perfect beachfront location for our family getaway. The location offered a few walkable restaurants as well as many more shops and restaurants within a few kilometers. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in.
We were also within a hour of activities ranging from hiking national parks to Capuchin encounters to zip line & repeling to ATVs to horseback riding right outside our back door.
We would definitely recommend this manager!!

Beautiful condo. Very spacious and well kept. Plenty of room for 3 singles or 3 couples. Very secure with guards in the front and back of the property. Laura was very helpful with all of our questions and provided us with a driver from San Jose to the property. I would definitely recommend this property.

The location of the property was perfect for amazing ocean views and walks on the beach! We appreciated the secure parking and the round-the-clock security guards. The pool was a family favorite!

After a few hiccups at the outset, the property manager sorted things out and we had a wonderful stay. The unit is on the beach with a large balcony that provides the perfect location for early morning coffee or stretching out for a nap during the heat of the day. The unit is well equipped for a long term stay especially if you plan to cook. Area is very safe and all resort staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is a good size and never really busy. Jaco has a great walking beach, surfing lessons, horseback rides, massages and lots hiking and other activities for young and old nearby. I highly recommend this area and this unit.

The condo is in great condition. The owners were very attentive to our questions and our needs. I would stay there again. The beach is just ok, but any beach is a good beach. Being next door to Crocs is a big plus... decent food and gambling in the event of rain. 1 - 1.5 miles to a very nice variety of other places. The wi-fi in the front bedroom is weak. Put the right parties in that room. Use the ceiling fans per the owner recommendation. Spend a few minutes to learn the thermostat. Enjoy the great balcony. See the crocodiles under the bridge on the way into town... we saw 3 on our way out. Was wheelchair friendly for my wife. The guards were very nice and made us feel very safe.

There were a few maintenance items that needed attention:
Ice maker does not work
Toaster only toasted on one side of bread
Handle on dryer missing (it would be nice to have an english translation for settings on washer and dryer)
Sharp knives very dull
Could not get TV in master bedroom to turn on
Only 1 hand towel and no wash cloths in unit
No mattress cover on bed in master and the mattress is very stained
Water accumulated under kitchen sink

We enjoyed our stay. Looks just as pictured. Having access to the resort next door was perfect for us. The music from next door was loud but it did not interrupt our relaxing vacation. They drained the pool on our third day. If we return again I would love to stay in the same condo. Property was safe and location was perfect if you have transportation.

After driving 4 hours with children, standing on the wrong side of the gate in 93 degree sun, we were told by the security guard we "do not have a reservation" in Spanish. He showed me their check-in list for that date to verify. My emails from VRBO didn't matter. Only his paperwork mattered.After a very expensive cell phone call, the "manager" Jennyfer, said she had noting to do with our reservation and had to contact. Laura Arango. Jennyfer said she would call me back in "2 minutes". She never called me back.After 20 more minutes in the blazing sun, I called Jennyfer again. She said Laura wasn't answering any of her phones, couldn't get any paperwork to the guard without Laura, and "please be patient." My family is just staring at me in disbelief. This was a very terrible experience.
