The fully equipped bedroom, comfortable bed, perfect view on the mountains, no neighbours or building on the other side. Lots of space. The facilities, fun game room, swimming pool side with area to chill out on the lawn, a parking. Breakfast was good.
The old bathroom (dusty, spots of mould and limescale). I know it was low season but the boiler was not hot at our arrival. We had to ask for having it switched on to have hot water. Shower gel and shampoo were quite dodgy. A shower curtain was missing. Had to ask too. When they came inside the shower they kept their shoes on... The team was over staffed however we took a wee bit too long a time to get our checkin done. Their printer didn't work, ok though we lost so much time for they asked for our papers at arrival then again later on by email. And the swimming pool was a bit dirty to swim in even though the pool guy did some cleaning. The wading pool for children was clearly broken and could need some maintenance. Anyway, it's maybe better during high season but it was not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. It was not easy to communicate in English with the staff.

Clean property and courteous staff on arrival. The room was nice and clean and very spacious with a great view of the mountains however the windows could do with a bit of a clean!
They should not advertise that they accept Amex, Visa and Mastercard and then demand cash payment only! Very disappointing and the story that card payment doesn’t work in the mountains is complete BS!

Everything was great - location, facilities, cleanliness, staff service. Most outstanding was the breakfast - very elaborate and very tasty. They even made tea to our order.
