This original old barn has been completly restored on two levels using the finest of materials and maintaining its original features.
This two bedroomed apartment each with a double bed, one bathroom with shower and kitchen/living room with a double sofa/bed.
It is around 70 square meters and is suitable for up to four + two people with additional child bed available on request.
It has an outside private terrace with pergola of around 45 square meters with table and seating for outside dining.
It is equipped for the winter with a central gas heating, but there is also a wood stove with glass (to watch the fire).
Hot water is provided by solar thermic system and electricity by solar photo voltaic system.
The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary pots, dishes and cutlery.

Des vacances inoubliables dans ce petit paradis que nous offre Mauro.
Un gite propre, neuf, impeccable, dans un cadre magnifique. Une belle piscine, un trampoline géant, des chiens, des chèvres... Un lieu Childrenfriendly sans aucun doute. Possibilité de manger sur place des bons petits plats sortis du potager (pour un prix modique). Nous avons aussi pris des cours de cuisine mémorables. Proche du village, le ravitaillement en courses en simple... et nous avons profiter de la gare avec parking gratuit pour nous déplacer facilement en train jusqu'a Florence.
Superbe accueil de Mauro qui nous offre la possibilité de nous rencontrer entres vacanciers pour ceux qui le veulent (espace grillade, coin terrasse..) L'accueil pizza après un long voyage d'arrivée a aussi été une belle surprise!!
Un agriturismo a recommandé les yeux fermés .

We (my wife and I, our son (8 years old) and his grandmother) were there for a short vacation in the beginning of November 2012.
We liked it very much. It’s an excellent place and the people there are remarkable. It is nice to take a walk there; we sometimes walked as far as the neighboring village.
There is a supermarket in the village where people can buy whatever they need and a good pizzeria too.
Nothing unpleasant about the place, we loved it and would go there again.

"Excellent séjour chez M. à San Benedetto.
Maison très agréable sur un joli site, et belle piscine sur un terrain arboré.
Les abords de la maison en elle-même sont en attente de finitions.
Le chemin d'accès à la propriété est un peu "rude".
Accueil très chaleureux, excellente ambiance.
La situation un peu en altitude permet d'avoir de la fraicheur par contraste avec la chaleur de Bologne.
