We accidentally cancelled the reservation and then one of the credit cards didn't go through, both times Pina gave us a full refund trusting that we were rebooking again.
When we arrived, other guests actually took the wrong apartment so there were no keys. Pina responded immediately and met us outside within minutes. We had to use their apartment for 2 days and move to our original apartment for 3 days, but it was so worth it as we got a sea view balcony for the 2 days. Pina and her mother helped us move everything and gave us a basket of fruit and snacks for the trouble, which was very sweet.
Everything was really great from the comfy bed, nice hot showers, top notch cleanliness, perfect wifi, and the beautiful outdoor oasis with a big lovely pomegranate tree. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you may need. It was just 50 steps or so down to the water so it was conveniently located, quiet and peaceful.
Pina was very helpful with any questions we had including recommending restaurants and places to visit.
The place had a great energy and if we ever return to Hvar, we are most definitely staying with Pina again <3! Also sending big cuddles to Pina's cute dog Loto!!

location was perfect for us , far enough away from the centre to be quiet but near enough to be convenient
sparsely equipped , not really a relaxing space inside although the patio area was pleasant enough

L’emplacement, la terrasse et le grand lit
l’insonorisation et l’emplacement de la tv serait plus adapté dans la chambre
