Cafe, almoço e janta eram bem servidos. Funcionários sempre animado, simpáticos e educados.

Fomos com um bebê de 1 ano, definitivamente à estrutura não é para eles! Escolhemos o hotel pelas fotos e vídeos das crianças em contatos cm animais, mas nosso filho teve pouco contato, apenas com os cavalos e uns 4 coelhos soltos pelo hotel (nem sei se tem outros animais, de fato), o espaço kids tmb não é para receber crianças pequenas, acredito que Deveria ter uma espaço apenas apara bebês e crianças que ainda estão aprendendo a andar, pq os maiorzinhos passam por cima. Elevador panorâmico da ala mirante, e “bondinho” com vidros bem sujos. Falta iluminação no “bondinho” e o telefone de dentro dele também não funciona. Também não tem Serviço de quarto.
