Vado a Fiuggi dal 1981 quando avevo appena 3 anni e in 45 anni non ho mai trovato, ripeto mai trovato, un personale così gentile e disponibile, di una educazione d'altri tempi; tutti, ma proprio tutti!

We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay at Hotel Imperiale. It was a last-minute pick but the staff were so accommodating, and the town was so pretty, that we were very happy to stay in Fiuggi for a few unplanned days. I particularly want to commend all the staff and the owners for being so very nice to us with our many questions. They set up sunny seating for our elderly relatives, helped us with dining options and directions, graciously offered late check-out and were just all-around kind. The hotel is older and a little dated, but everything seemed very well maintained and very very clean.
We didn't love the food when we ate dinner at the hotel one night. We were assured some of the primi options were vegan but they had been cooked in meat broth and were a little over salted. Easily solved by eating out at the many walkable restaurants.
