Friendly host and very helpful
My parents are 84 and I have a disability and we were on the second floor with no lift, this was not their fault it was ours for not mentioning it but it cause a problem,

Our welcome was wonderful. The cheerful lady on reception helped us to park in the tight parking space below the hotel. The hotel is in a historic building. The well-sized bedroom was comfortable if somewhat dated. The bathroom was nicely done. Breakfast good, notably excellent coffee and pastries. WiFi was strong.
