Tolle Lage in ländlicher Umgebung und sehr netter Vermieter, Check in unproblematisch.
Die von uns gemietete Wohnung war im Erdgeschoss, Sitzplätze sowohl im kleinen Wintergarten, als auch am Pool ausreichend vorhanden.
Bequeme Betten, angenehm, dass auch eine Spülmaschine und eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.
Der kleine Pool lädt dazu ein, im Garten zu verweilen.
Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Gleitschirm Sport, sicherer Parkplatz direkt auf dem Gelände.
Es war für uns perfekt, wir kommen wieder.

Posto molto tranquillo, proprietari molto gentili. La piscina veramente bellissima, apprezzata tantissimo da tutti noi ma in particolare da mia figlia di 5 anni.
La pulizia c'era ma si poteva fare di più. Sicuramente i precedenti ospiti non lo erano troppo (c'erano dei piatti sporchi ed altro). In diverse aree esterne c'erano nidi di vespe. Nonostante questo siamo stati molto bene e spero prendano questa recensione solo come appunto per migliorare.

Posizione ottima, camera confortevole e bagno essenziale ma funzionale. La struttura è immersa nelle colline: la vista è impagabile e si possono apprezzare soprattutto il silenzio e la quiete. Come segnalato anche in altre recensioni, la colazione non è prevista e sarebbe certamente una gradita comodità; ne eravamo però consapevoli al momento della prenotazione ed è stato comunque piacevole raggiungere il bar del vicino paese di San Ginesio.

The natural surroundings are beautiful. The room itself is okay. Nice that there is a table and chairs to sit outside. A pity they are cheap plastic
The host was not there so we had to wait. No toiletpaper. Loud music from another guest. The biggest disappointment was the very bad sound isolation. We could literally hear what our neighbors were saying
