This place was perfect and I will list all my reasons bellow:
1. The host was very helpful, he gave us instructions and a list of things to do in Burgos. He is nice and attentive.
2. The check in was smooth and fast. Once you got in there were also 2 sets of keys.
3. The location is great. Close to the centre. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants and a market with luxury cheese and hams and stuff like that. We slept with the windows open because it was so quiet.
4. The place was spotless. You could eat off the floor. It had nice furniture and the comfiest beds with really smooth bedding.
5. The place was really well equipped. Extra cot, huge tv, plug-in mosquito repellents, fans in all rooms, good pans (important for any good cook), blankets, lots of towels, soap. The pool was also nice (but we didnt use it because we had no time). The terrace is great too, you have lots of space to hang out.
6. You could find parking on the street pretty easily.
At no point did I think there was anything missing. By far one of the best apartments I stayed at, I genuinely recommend it. It's 100% worth it.

El ático era muy bonito, moderno y con una terraza fantástica. Estaba ubicado en una muy buena zona residencial y a tan apenas 5 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad. Alrededor había establecimientos para comer muy variados y, lo mejor, un supermercado.
El alojamiento estaba totalmente limpio y cómodo con todo lo necesario e incluso más.
Mención especial a Rodrigo que fue un encanto con nosotros. Nos explicó muy bien cómo acceder a las diferentes zonas del alojamiento y nos recomendó muchos restaurantes de la ciudad. Seguimos la gran mayoría de sus recomendaciones y, sin duda, todo un acierto!
Gracias!!! Si volvemos a Burgos estoy segura de que repetiremos.

La seva ubicació: no hem hagut d’agafar el cotxe per a res!!!
A part, els llits son molt confortables i la cuina molt ben equipada
Res en concret…. Si hagués de comentar alguna cosa es que es un pis domotitzat i vam tenir algun petit problema amb la TV, que va ser comunicat i sol.lucionat ràpidament.
