Great value for money and a massive property perfect for our Eid family gathering. The kids loved the pool. Although located within FIVE Palm Jumeirah, it’s managed by an independent team—Ahmed was a fantastic host, constantly checking in to ensure everything was perfect.
The valet parking is the only disappointment. Despite staying two nights, I had to retrieve my car three times, with waiting times of 30 to 90 minutes. The valet staff were impatient and rude when we tried to follow up.
