Great place to stay

It was really good deal and value for this price. It was clean and nice. Located 15 min walking from bus station

A clean and spacious place with great staff

The place was clean, with spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff was very nice and responsive, even after working hours. When we experienced an issue with one of the rooms, they quickly moved us to another one.

The first room we stayed in had a pipe issue in the bathroom. In the second room, the HVAC was very noisy, which made nights difficult—you had to choose between getting some sleep or being uncomfortably hot

Good location, newly renovated apartment. Confortable bed

The kitchen is small and with few equipment (the stove can accommodate only one pan). This allows only minimal cooking. Our studio did not have a window on the outside. It had a window on the inner corridor.

Good

Good sized room and good price. Kitchen was pretty well equipped but we were only staying one night so didn't need it, no oven. Towels were clean and in good condition (seems to be a rarity in South America). Beds were fairly comfortable and everything was very clean. Tons of plugs in the rooms which is also pretty rare.

Shower was confusing and had some strange looking wires. Check in could have been smoother, I was told to send a WhatsApp message when we arrived (so if we didn't have mobile internet we would have had a challenge). I tried calling and messaging but got no response. Luckily another Brazilian couple arrived around the same time and seem to have gotten through. So we were able to check in at the same time as them. I think the building has laundry facilities but we were shown where they are. I think overall just a simple set of instructions in the room would have solved most of these issues. Weirdly the place had windows that opened to the hallway too and no windows to outside. Wasn't an issue for us as we were just sleeping there for one night but if you were staying longer it may be a bit depressing.

Chuveiro para deixar a água quente, tem que deixar a vazão no mínimo e sai pouca água

Muitas vezes a porta de acesso da rua para os quartos não fecha corretamente e só fica encontrada, sendo assim qualquer pessoa pode adentrar

A localização é muito boa, é um kitnet, não tem café da manhã, as acomodações são boas, cumpre o que é proposto, mas não é hotel é tipo um arbnb.

Unico detalhe foi o cheiro de mofo no quarto.

The location, comfortable bed.

The place wasn't clean. Plenty of spider's web all over the place, hair in the floor. Signs of a bad cleanliness. Very noisy place in general (people, and the gate of the garage is terrible)
