Secret Garden in Agonda is perfect if you’re looking to slow down and disconnect, with cozy huts set amid greenery just steps from the sea and a relaxed, friendly vibe. Overall, it’s a great value choice for solo travelers or couples who prioritize tranquility over luxury, but not ideal if you’re expecting polished amenities or resort-style comfort.
They should have multiple payment options, such as card payments. Their UPI wasn’t working, and they only had one UPI option, so I had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash, which was time-consuming.

Beautiful beach front garden property. Godwin and his team were an absolute joy and attentive. Restaurant food was fabulous and the staff were amazing. We loved our beach dog Tommy 🐶

Rather big room. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Good water pressure. Breakfast included although a bit poor, and it was served in another building 150 m away up the beach. Quiet area. Hotel consists of many smaller 2 storie buildings surronded by green plants. Upper floor reach by ordinary staircase or metal stairs on the outside. Sand on the ground.
Garden view means looking at a dump area on one side and into a wall on the porch side. No chair in the room. The outside "porch" was a big non airy dark place. Not much of a view. Hot.
Hotel is in the very northern part of the 3 km beach. Not much going on here. More lively towards the middle/south end. Beach has no sunbeds. But some restaurants have a few beds just outside. Lots of stray dogs
