Location and the setting. Staff are great too
A little bit of noise from the bar down the road late at night but that can’t be avoided

Nice location facefull.
Facefull location.

breakfast was not included in my rooom rate; quality of breakfast was ok
I thought the facilities were shoddy, poor hot water pressure, quality of bath towels were poor. Location of room was next to the road and a bar owner next door stuck in his 70's hard rock tape until the wee hours of the morning.
