Location and joke with the Bridge

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They can prepare an early breakfast for you to take when you check out. The hotel has a great location, right by the pier, with canals and a drawbridge nearby.
There was no lock on the toilet door and no ventilation.

The front t desk staff was great. The bed was comfortable. A quiet location close to river front, easy walk to Old Town and restaurants. View of the Castle & waterfront location.
The food at the restaurant wasn't good. The pillows weren't comfortable.

Great location, nice breakfast, updated interior, clean and cosy
I was a bit confused with the two hotels Old Mill and Old Mill Comfort when booking, also the reception in Old Mill Comfort does not work after 8 pm (if I am not mistaken), this is also quite strange. I am sensitive to smells so the smell in rooms could still be improved. Generally these are minor details but I hope they will let the property improve.
