Decent room for price given the location. Easy connection with Geneva city center via the tram. Very friendly staff (the lady doesn't speak English, but the gentleman does) and pet friendly.
Nothing, everything was great. Maybe the only downside is that there isn't a supermarket in very close proximity.

A great hotel which was really clean. We found the owner and wife to be very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the parking at the front of hotel for our motorcycle. Breakfast was small but adequate for our needs.
The location was on a busy main road between the centre of town and a large shopping complex. We felt that Annemasse was not very appealing - quite litter-strewn and untidy hence the lower hotel prices compared to Geneva. Ok for an overnight stay but will not be returning sadly.

The location is ok if you are not expecting to do much around the hotel. It is a relatively quite residential area with not much to look at or do. It is about 20 min away by a tram from Geneva centre.
Pillow for me were a little uncomfortable as well as the fact that there is no air conditioning in the room, so it was quite hot at night.
