Really cute little Bavarian restaurant / Hotel. Breakfast was typical German buffet and they were very attentive, started super early and was perfect. Everything was really really great. The people were super sweet, the lady at the front desk even tried to help me find additional accommodations because everything in town was booked solid because of a major convention. Overall I would say if you have to stay here because of any reason it's a wonderful location, a little far out from Nuremberg but may be worth the travel for someone who is really needing a room during a busy convention booked week.
I didn't like that it was so far outside of the convention area of Nuremberg. Otherwise it would have been perfect. I also didn't like the food at the restaurant during dinner and lunch, it was SUPER SALTY. I couldn't eat it.

This is not the first time I have stayed at Gasthof Weisses Ross, and every time I travel to Nürnberg I am happy to return. The location is perfect for my needs, parking is available free of charge, the price is fair, and everything is very clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is more than decent.
