Excellent hotel with outstanding staff! A special mention to Greta at reception for her warmth and professionalism, and Ivetta at breakfast for her kindness and lovely energy. They both go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. People like them truly make the difference. I’ll definitely be back and will happily recommend this hotel to others. Highly recommended!
