Thank you for a lovely care and a wonderful stay. Delphine's place is so lovely and lots of love and care was put into it. Me and my mom felt welcomed and taken care of. Everyone was so kind and Hakima and her husband were very attentive and made my mom (who doesn't speak the language) feel very comfortable. She liked the experience way more than the typical hotel. Thanks again.
Its not in the most quiet neighborhood, but the people in the surrounding businesses were all so very kind!

1. The location is great, right in the centre of the Medina, making it easy to walk around and explore.
2. The staff is very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast is tasty.
3. I also really liked the design of the room, which has a nice local touch.
1. I was disappointed with the communication from the host. The first message I received was a reminder to pay upon arrival, not the warmest welcome. On my first morning, I waited 30 minutes for breakfast in the wrong location, which was never clearly communicated. When I contacted the host, there was no greeting or apology; instead, I received a short WhatsApp message that almost blamed me for the mistake. I manage properties, and I never communicate with a guest like this. After that, no follow-up or inquiry about my stay. Annoying.
Overall, I didn’t feel welcome, and it seemed like the focus was more on payment than hospitality.
2. There is ongoing construction next door, and the Riad is located very close to a mosque, which means early morning calls to prayer and daytime noise. This should be mentioned in the listing so guests can make an informed decision when booking.
3. The curtains are not blackout, so be prepared to wake up with the sunrise. Napping in the afternoon is also hard with the amount of light coming in.
4. Please change the bed cover. It looks nice, but the "balls" on top of the cover hit your face at night. Good design but not practical.
