Location could literally not have been better. Less than 5 mins qalk from the train station and right in the very heart of Leiden with great pubs and restaurants literally on the doorstep or a mere stone's throw away. Lazarus and Lemmys being firm favourites!
The beds were the most comfortable Ive slept in and better than my own at home!!
Access was easy and all instructions were clear and provided early despite our late check-in time.
Nothing.

Exxcellent location and pretty quiet. I would stay here again.
Keep coffee machine available earlier

Very central location and very spacious room, was a great spot to get to a wedding we were attending
The wifi isn’t very good, which made it difficult for me to do work but no other issues

The location was great!
The rooms were a little below standard. Visible stains on walls and dated furniture.
The breakfast was okay but not much variety and the man in charge of it was more interested in helping himself too the food rather than putting out new food.
The first receptionist when I checked in came across quite intense and sarcastic.
