Was a little pricey for 1 night but likely it was due to the festival being in.

Breakfast was ok , sausages slightly under cooked, everything else was fine including the service. The location was perfect for us as we were taking the ferry to portaferry. BTW the ferry excepts your Irish travel pass for walk on only.
No air conditioning or a fan in the room,(mind you we didn't ask for one and we could have brought one with us)it was very warm , opening the window meant noise as our room overlooked the main Street.

The staff were very helpful when we arrived very late in the evening and even provided a quick meal for us long after the kitchen had closed.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean and the bed was very comfortable
It is essentially a restaurant with rooms there is nowhere quiet to relax other than the very busy food serving area - it is overpriced as such - from the website it suggests it is more like a boutique hotel - the breakfast was just average quality and the server would not give us peace to eat it when it was set down with too much chat. Sorry to say we were very disappointed
