The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building of two floors completely renovated within the "Kalsa" district in the noble heart of the city of Palermo, cultural and artistic center of the Mediterranean, a city with powerful contrasts between noble riches and markets colorful and multiethnic, in a quiet setting in front of the "Garden of the Righteous", historic site with ancient palms and fragrant orange trees, a stone's throw from the central station, bus and train hub and also near the most important monumental and characteristic places of the city as : the Abatellis museum, Piazza Marina, the Botanical Garden, the Foro Italico, the Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, the Palazzo dei Normanni, the colorful markets of Ballarò, the Vucciria and the Capo, easily reachable on foot. There are also numerous restaurants, bars and pubs in the neighborhood, which in the evening are lively for the pleasure of diving in the nightlife.
The tastefully furnished apartment consists of a large fully equipped kitchenette, living room and sitting room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a balcony that Overlooking the garden below, where you can have breakfast in the morning or sip a glass of wine or a cocktail in the evening. The house is heated by a gas-fired gas plant and the two rooms are air-conditioned.

We had a fabulous stay at Brigitte's apartment. Exceptional communication and assistance before and during our 4 day stay.The apartment was beyond our expectations. Spotlessly clean and equipped with all the condiments and utensils required to cook and live if you were at home, including a lovely bottle of wine.We can't thank Brigitte enough for allowing us to stay in her apartment.We will definitely be back.

Lovely host, very welcoming and well presented apartment.Great apartment, very good size bedroom that provided a good nights sleep. Very comfortable living area and sizeable bathroom, nice balcony overlooking a little public garden.Location very convenient although quite easy to get around Palermo anyway. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The apt was very comfortable, clean and more spacious than the photos suggested. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything necessary to prepare easy meals. There was an excellent ‘LIDL’ grocery store 5 min away and several restaurants very close by. the location was great, we could walk everywhere and also to the train station. Great stay, highly recommend.
