Sea View Apartments & Studios

Perfect location, close to the beach, the shops, the bus, but private and quiet. The owner and her family were so kind and generous, and immediately made us feel welcome (we were a large family group of 11, with 4 children). It was a delight to stay here.

Really friendly owner, nice rooms, close to the beach. If you’re lucky you’ll get a home made rice pudding.

There are no sea views so don’t be fooled 😂 It doesn’t matter though as you’re so close to the beach.

The room was very easy to find, the owner was a very friendly and polite lady She keeps the property clean and she has a beautiful front yard in the entrance with lots of trees and flowers Lots of shade to stay cool and have a coffee A outside water tap to clean your feet from the sand when you come back from the beach The room was spacious with a small balcony Air conditioner,small kitchen enough to make your coffee of make a salad

Ms. Dimitra was very pleasant to speak with. Location was close to Agia Anna beach but no sea view.

Absolutely no cellphone coverage and very bad wifi connection. There was no HOT water except for two days out of our entire stay, brought it up and told there was no issue but clearly there was. Hot water is a basic and should be there anytime of day when I want to shower or bathe my kids. The semi basement is like a bunker covered in grape Vines who were constantly attacked by wasps so you open the door and flies and wasps everywhere. Having no cell phone coverage or ability to use wifi was a huge pain. The kitchen cabinets could not be opened as there was a damp stenchy smell so washed a few dishes to be able to eat takeout but definitely not a place I felt comfortable to cook in and eat at Then there was the sofa bed which was horribly uncomfortable for my kids so they slept with us on double bed. Tv required a code for every time you change the channel! Ridiculously annoying. Overall this apartment needs an update. Not like the pictures. The mold spots in shower the broken hinges or clothes hanger holding up the tv, broken Ikea chair in kitchen. First three days ant issue all over the kitchen sink counter but discovered where they were coming from and put a tissue in wall to stop them from coming in. Luckily only near the sink but couldn't leave a speck of crumbs or food. Pest nets torn which made for many mosquitoes able to get in. Needs updating in every way unfortunately and not how it was depicted in booking.com. we all Just felt icky thoughout our entire stay here. Saving grace was the host had beach towels to offer us to use which was nice of her and offered one hour later check out at no cost. We did not enjoy our vacation and are super tired! Really not happy based on what I paid. And it was not a semi basement it was a basement for sure.
