Sommariamente eccellente

Locali confortevoli, struttura situata in area tranquilla, ho avuto la possibilità di cenare in loco ed è stata un'esperienza sublime, personale educato e professionale, molto attento alle esigenze del cliente e tempestivo nel risolverle. Lo consiglio

I locali di pubblico servizio come reception e corridoi andrebbero puliti meglio in quanto alcune cose da me notate, ma non fatte notare al personale per non recar fastidio non erano del tutto pulite.

da ritornare ma con cambio stanza

Struttura molto carina in una bellissima posizione per chi cerca un pò di pace e solitudine. Stanza molto molto grande.

Nella mia stanza c'era un cattivo odore di scarichi. Il ristorante dell'albergo è alquanto caro.

Nice villa with stunning views over Pistoia

Nice country villa with stunning views, near Pistoia. Good breakfast and relaxing pool.

The villa is close to a busy road. On our hotel room we did not hear it, but laying next to the pool yes. We also dined at the restaurant. Having read all the reviews we expected more, it was ok but not fancy.

Would have liked to stay longer!

Lovely hilton class room.Great aircon in middle of heat wave. Very good self serve breakfast buffett. Mostly high grade contimental but the scrambled egg was delicious. Nice pool. Helpful English speaking staff. View to die for. Restaurant fantastic with the view.

Hard to fault. Coffee machine at breakfast was worse that i get free at work, which is a real shame when staying in Tuscany. Alesandro made me a lovely coffee the old fashioned way. Resturant food delicious but pricey.. No kettle to actually make nice tea. Usual tepid water from coffee machine.

Beautiful place great views convenient for onward travel but Pistoia lived up to its mini Florence badge.

fantastic welcome by the bar / restaurant staff especially Veronica who made us all feel welcome although we were late and hungry!

unfortunately the pool was closed

Nice room in a nice building.

We would have appreciated being given advance notice of the need to pre-book for the restaurant. When we checked in it was full already that evening.

Perfect place to decompress after travelling.

It was the ideal first stay after 23 hours of travelling. But best if all were the staff: warm, friendly, ever-helpful. We should have stayed longer.

Very nice Villa with great pool and excellent restaurant, very friendly staff also!

The breakfast could be given a little more attention, it is communicated until 9:30, if you come at 9:00 there might be very little left.

Huge potential...still needs work though

- room had a bad smell from the bathroom - rooms were cold, even if we asked at the reception to turn on the heating system, the following day it was again turned off - restaurant was closed without prior notice - breakfast was chaotic

Poor value for money

Very nice rooms. Location is beautiful in scenic Tuscany. Staff is friendly.

During week nights it was nice and quiet, but on Friday night (our last night) the hotel hosted a birthday party outside on the terrace with loud music and even louder Italians. Hotel rooms are just above the terrace. Music stopped at 23.30, but party guests partied (with loud singing, talking, laughing) until after 00.30. Impossible to sleep. Not acceptable for such a venue. Breakfast: I don't know if it's because of Corona or because of low season, but no breakfast buffet was offered. You have to choose your breakfast the day before. You even have to order the number of cups of coffee you would like for breakfast, the night before. And only one room/breakfast order per 15 min. So if 08.00 is already taken by other guests, you are forced to choose either 07.45 or 08.15. Last but not least: use of swimming pool/pool towels is not considered as a service, but as a paid extra. This is not told when check-in in. And not according to information on Booing.com! We only found out when settling our bill. Not what I expect from a hotel with this service level/price.

Short break in Villa Giorgia

Villa Giorgia is a classic attractive looking Villa in a spectacular setting looking down on Pistoia. It’s an imposing building with a beautiful garden and outdoor pool.

The villa is sparsely decorated, including the rooms but this is likely driven by the current pandemic. It could do with more warmth and comfort in my opinion.

Wonderful stay!

We had a very comfortabele spacious room with a great view. Staff is very friendly! We had a nice dinner at the modern but elegant restaurant. There is free parking space opposite the hotel. We would definately return!
