Loved the location and all of the staff! Breakfast was phenomenal!!!
The restaurants are closed on some nights. So that was unfortunate. There are 4 restaurants but one is seafood and I’m highly allergic so when an additional one closed it limited our options.

everything was amazing from the breakfast to all of the restaurants we went to ! the room was big and comfortable i would say it is not new but it was clean and perfect for our family of four.

The staff was super friendly.
The food was too Americanized. Could use an authentic Mexican section for dishes.
I ordered room service one night and it never came.

The property was very clean, smelled good, and well kept
I didn’t like that the sink in my room had a small leak. Also, the alcoholic drinks were watered down and the bartenders didn’t mix drinks well. I had to drink most of my drinks straight up and have a side cup of juice or soda. I did not like the fact that there is no mention prior to booking your stay that you cannot go into the ocean to swim. The riptides on the beach is serious and seriously dangerous. There should be a disclosure about this because customers who expect to be able go into the ocean water are going to be disappointed.
